Furia SoftballPrivacy Policy

This policy is from Furia Stream, operated by Matthew Moon, which runs the Furia Broadcast Desk: a private tool that invited volunteers of the Furia Softball team use to run live broadcasts of our games. "We" and "us" mean Furia Stream.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the role you were invited with.
- Mobile number (optional): only if you enter it and agree to receive verification codes by text.
- Sign-in records: which devices are signed in to your account, so you or a team organizer can sign them out.
- Game information: scores, lineups, and team rosters (player names and jersey numbers) used for on-screen broadcast graphics.
How we use it
- To create and verify your account and let you sign in.
- To send one-time verification codes by text, only if you opted in.
- To show scores, lineups, and player names on our game broadcasts.
We do not send marketing messages.
Text messaging
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with our text-message provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you asked for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the desk: Twilio (text-message delivery) and our email provider (verification emails).
Where it is stored and for how long
Account information is stored on the team's production computer, not on a public website. We keep it while you are an active volunteer and delete it when you ask us to or when your account is removed.
Your choices
You can deactivate your account yourself at any time, which deletes your email address, mobile number, and password. To see or correct your information, or if you cannot sign in, email help@furiasoftball.tv.
